Hello, Iv been reading all over this forum whenever it is online but I cant seem to find how to promote players. i have been playing with my friends for some time and I finally got to be commander but couldn't find how to promote anybody. When i click on promotion I only get to choose 1-6 and 7-12 and back. They all have about 300 points at the moment and still Lance corporals.

And one more question, I found a map survival 1.370 but Im not sure is it newer than 1.360 that is in download section since the 1.360 has 2 more heroes, chaos marine and one more, dont know the name right now Which is newer 1.360 or 1.370?

when a commander promote a player he give a part of his salary to them
then to promote ppl commander need to increase his salary

to promote, you have to have an income first, so research commerce and habitat to 5 each, you should be able to promote all already.

Commander Income
The income gained while you hold the position of Commander of the ship.

Speed of increase of income - while holding the position of Commander, your income will grow over time. Below is the formula that determines this rate of increase :
